I work in the nursery as a childcare attendant every Sunday from 9am till noon and during the school year every Wednesday from 5pm till 7:30pm.

My duties are caring for the little ones and giving them love and attention while they are away from their parents. I love this job and everyone of the kiddos are important and very special. 

I retired from Friendship Haven in 2014 as a caregiver after being there 28 years. Friendship Haven will always be dear to my heart. I have 3 grown children, 14 grandchildren and a cat named Sammy.
My favorite quote is… “Know that you are somebody because God don’t make no junk.” Life is good. God is good.

My Husband Don & I have been members for years my  husband  Don Passed  Sept. 2018. I  have worked in the church nursery  as a childcare attendant for the last several years My hours are on Wednesday evenings  during Ignate & on Sundays for both  services which includes coffee hour between services. My shared primary responsibility is taking care of little ones and making them feel comfortable  and also bring there for their parents  or care givers. You can get a hold of me by contacting church office or stopping in  the nursery.

I have been on staff since October 2019. I previously was retired when my husband Bill had cancer and passed away. So I am starting life over.

Primary responsibilities include weekly bulletin development, church calendar management, monthly newsletter, supply ordering, greeting all visitors, security, and a host of customer service duties for the entire staff and congregation as needed…coffee, stamps, phone calls, etc.

My dog, Scout (girl Airedale), comes to work with me occasionally…which is such a great perk!
